Honey Nut Cereal


1 cup whole almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup ghee* (or butter)
1/4 cup honey
1 egg white
2 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 400 F

Pulse the first three ingredients in the food processor. Combine the food processor ingredients with the sliced almonds, coconut, and raisins. Then stir it up.


Melt the ghee/butter and honey together and drizzle over the mixture. Pour in the egg white and mix until well coated. Sprinkle on the cinnamon.


Pour evenly onto a large cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 min, stopping frequently to stir (5 minutes). Enjoy with almond milk or coconut milk and you'll never miss regular cereal again!
